DreamBridgeUSA is a private technology platform connecting job seekers and students with employers and universities in the United States. We are not an employer, university, government agency, or law firm.

1. Scope of service

• The platform supports profiles, job listings, matching, messaging, applications, and document workflows.
• Hiring, academic-admission, and immigration decisions are made by the relevant decision-maker, not by the platform.
• A visa-sponsorship badge reflects information supplied by an employer or verified by the platform and is not a guarantee of visa issuance.

2. Recruitment fees and payments

• Users must never pay anyone outside the platform for a job, a promise of employment, or a guaranteed visa.
• Any charge shown at checkout must be clearly described before payment and is not payment for a job or an immigration decision.
• The platform will not charge a worker costs of recruitment or obtaining employment where applicable law prohibits those costs from being charged to the worker, and employers and their agents may not shift prohibited recruitment costs to workers through the platform.
• Employer service and recruitment charges are invoiced directly to employers.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the published Refund Policy and any mandatory rights provided by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting policy language.

4. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Do not upload another person's documents without lawful authority.
• Do not impersonate an employer, applicant, government agency, or other person.
• Do not use the platform for fraud, discrimination, trafficking, or other unlawful activity.

5. Education track

The school or educational institution makes admission decisions and issues required academic documents. University information is provided for convenience and should be confirmed with the institution before any tuition or enrollment payment.

6. Privacy and documents

Personal data and documents are governed by the Privacy Policy. Employers do not receive passports or other sensitive documents except through the permissions and safeguards described there.

7. Suspension and termination

You may close your account. We may suspend or terminate an account for violations, fraud, or unlawful activity, subject to rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Intellectual property

The platform's software, design, and brand are owned by their respective rights holders. Documents uploaded by a user remain the user's property, while the platform receives a limited license to process them as necessary to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The platform is provided as available. We do not guarantee employment, admission, a visa, or the outcome of any government process. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are subject to applicable U.S. federal law and mandatory local law that applies to the service and the user. Disputes should first be raised with legal@dreambridgeusa.com. Nothing prevents a person from contacting a government authority or exercising a right that cannot legally be waived.

11. Accessibility

We work to improve accessibility. Report an accessibility barrier to access@dreambridgeusa.com.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The last-updated date will be displayed, and material changes will be communicated when required by law.
